- we offer 3 levels of tenant referencing – Express 2 hour turnaround Credit Check for £20, Comprehensive+ with income, landlord, and affordability checks with a 24-48hr turnaround for £25 and finally the Advanced which is a full reference including a guarantor with a 24 hour turnaround for £30
- helping you to put together details of your property
- providing you with help where needed on how much rent you should look to achieve
- we have access to tenancy agreements, inventories etc, to help you in getting your tenant into your property as smoothly as possible.
